Utah Homeschool Summary

If you are homeschooling in the state of Utah, you will need to complete the following step:

  1. Submit a signed and notarized affidavit to your school district for each minor taught at home your first year of homeschooling. The affidavit must contain a statement that the minor will attend a home school and the parent assumes sole responsibility for the education of the school-age minor.
