What is Wave 3 Enrollment in Bridgeway Academy and how does it affect me?
Due to increased demand, enrollments into Bridgeway Academy that are purchased August 29th through September 3rd will begin their onboarding the week of October 5th. Onboarding begins with a dedicated academic advisor who assists you with choosing curriculum and developing a personalized learning experience for your child. The advisor will also set you up with an orientation and access to our learning portal so you know where to access your classes and important materials.
Bridgeway Independent Study products are not affected by this new enrollment period.
Will I still finish school on time?
Yes! Bridgeway Academy will work with you and your family to get you started and on a schedule that allows you to complete the school year within a typical school calendar.
What if I am enrolling in a Live Online Total Care Package?
We will do everything we can to get Total Care Live Online students enrolled and onboarded prior to the start of their classes. We do have lessons recorded for students who do not enroll in time.
What happens after I purchase an enrollment?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that outlines the following information:
- You will also be given immediate free access to grade-specific Jumpstart refresher courses in English Language Arts and Math that your student can start before being contacted by an advisor.
- Your educational advisor will schedule a time to talk to you and begin the onboarding process the week of October 5th.
If I purchased an enrollment in Bridgeway Academy in the Wave 2 period, August 19th through the 28th, does Wave 3 affect me?
No, Wave 2 enrollments are not affected by this new enrollment period.
Will there be a Wave 4 enrollment period?
No, we do not expect to have a fourth enrollment period.
What is the Return Policy?
We have a 30 day money back policy on all Enrollment packages and a 14 day money back on all Live Class packages. Our 30 day money back policy is based off of order date. For Wave 2 and Wave 3 enrollments, your order date will be defined as the enrollment process start date. Our 14 day money back policy for Live Class packages is based off of the first day of class.
