Option: 1

Legal Option: Operate a home school as an “other means of education” expressed in the state constitution

Attendance: 180 Days

Subjects: None. *However, some courts have suggested that home school education should be equivalent or comparable to public school education. Teaching the following subjects is therefore strongly recommended: math, language arts, science, and social studies.
