An Adult High School Diploma For a Better Future
Spend a few moments in the job market and a painful truth emerges – you really, really need a high school diploma. In fact, employers are much more likely to hire a high school graduate over someone who does not have a high school diploma.
High school. Without the teenage drama and angst.
We understand that going back to high school as an adult can be an intimidating experience. But if you are over the age of 18 our sister company, Bridgeway High School is ready to help you achieve an adult high school diploma. And that diploma can help change the direction of your life and your employment options for the rest of your life.
Let’s get this done.
The Bridgeway High School instructors and advisors understand that adults need a different kind of education experience. Your busy schedule and higher level of commitments mean that you will approach education differently. You’ll work one-on-one with an advisor who will encourage you and support you along the way. And you can count on your advisor to keep you motivated and navigate through obstacles. After all, our goal is your success.
What’s the difference between an adult high school diploma and a GED?
Yes, you could earn a General Educational Development (GED) but an actual high school diploma carries more weight with employers. In fact, according to several studies, employers are much less likely to hire an individual with a GED than they are an individual with a high school diploma? Why? Because a diploma indicates perseverance and tenacity–something a GED does not measure. A high school diploma from Bridgeway High School is recognized by employers, colleges and universities and opens the door to your future.
